In Parliament, I congratulated Fiona Campbell for her work supporting cycling as the City of Sydney's Cycling Strategy Manager over 15 years. Her work was recognised in the Committee for Sydney's 2023 Unsung Hero Award. Fiona has been one of the driving forces behind making cycling safer and more accessible. She’s been instrumental in the City providing cycling courses, advice on safer routes to get to work, maps and education sessions combined with bike maintenance checks to engage with bike riders and encourage safer riding.
