In Parliament, I put on record the great efforts of the Foundation and Friends of the Botanic Gardens, after visiting their plant nursery (which is well worth a visit). I was pleased to support their grant for new shelves for the nursery.

The group’s been going for 35 years, educating the community about plants, raising funds, holding events and supporting research. My statement: HERE and The Friends: HERE
