The government is investigating whether the Glebe Island Bridge should be used as an active transport link between Pyrmont and Rozelle as part of long term plans for the Bays Precinct.

Opening the bridge to pedestrians and cyclists now would have massive benefits and I don’t see any reason to wait for outcomes of the Bays Precinct planning. I’ve again lodged questions to the minister about restoring and re-opening the bridge for pedestrians and bike riders > HERE.
