In Parliament I commended the Habilis group that has researched, planned and obtained funding to build small-scale accommodation with onsite support and holistic care for very vulnerable people with severe persistent mental illness that excludes them from other housing options.

Habilis promises to help meet the complex health and housing needs of this small number of people.
