We know that koalas are at serious risk of extinction by 2050 if their habitat continues to be destroyed. The petition calls for an Upper Georges River Koala National Park, stopping rezoning of the Stage 2 Gilead development and review of the Stage 1 approval, five koala crossings on Appin Road and minimum 450m wide Koala corridors over Macarthur waterways.
