I’ve asked the NSW disability minister to support changes to the National Disability Insurance Scheme to provide disability support to people over 65 years of age. MyAgedCare does not recognise the additional costs and needs of people with disability, especially serious disability like spinal cord injury and assumes that everyone’s needs are the same.
