Australian overseas aid is supposed to be helping reduce poverty and advance gender equality but is supporting fossil fuels instead.

Action Aid has exposed how Australian aid funds through the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Bank have financed fossil fuel projects to the tune of  $828 million over the five years to 2021. Ask the Minister for Climate Change and Energy to join the 39 other countries and sign the Glasgow Statement international agreement to stop financing of fossil fuels overseas and redirect funds to clean energy > HERE.
