Plans To Remove Discrimination Against NSW Gay Students & Teachers

Moves are underway to protect NSW gay students and their teachers from being discriminated against.

Sydney MP Alex Greenwich is preparing to introduce legislation into parliament to remove exemptions that apply to private schools, meaning they would no longer be able to fire teachers or expel students on the grounds of their sexual orientation.
