Pyrmont Transport

Pyrmont Transport

Last week Lord Mayor Clover Moore and I met with transport minister David Elliott, and I asked him a question on the floor in Parliament, to call for public transport improvements in Pyrmont. Pyrmont is close to the city but pedestrian access is difficult, and many people including people who are frail and elderly cannot walk very far. Pyrmont needs extra inbound stops on the 389 bus route, for the F10 Blackwattle (Glebe) ferry to stop at Pirrama Park and new links to Broadway, Sydney University and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

The minister was sympathetic and committed Transport for NSW to consider changes. My latest question in Parliament > HERE.

Let's work together to celebrate and protect our great city!
