The government is consulting with key stakeholders on draft strata laws.

I asked the minister for a briefing and for the bill to be publicly released for wider community comment.  Strata law is complex and all residents, owners, lawyers, strata managers, councils and experts should have the opportunity to review the legislation and ensure there are no unintended consequences.
