I will discuss my action and commitments to prevent short term letting and overcrowding, make buildings more democratic and encourage construction without defects as well as other strata reforms at the next Owners Corporation Network meeting on Saturday. As apartments make up a greater proportion of the housing mix, strata law reform will become an election issue and I will talk about influencing change. The meeting is open to the public.
