I’ve repeatedly raised concerns about changes to TAFE based on requests from constituents who want access to affordable training. There’s now a Parliamentary Inquiry into vocational education and training looking at student choice, public and private providers’ roles and costs, including the government’s Smart and Skilled reforms, with submissions due 14 August.
