In Parliament I placed on record the wonderful work of Dying With Dignity, Go Gentle and the NSW Voluntary Assisted Dying Alliance which helped our state voluntary assisted dying laws. The organisations worked together building on their different strengths from grassroots campaigns, data and evidence, and frontline experience. I had the pleasure of working with the passionate and highly professional members of these organisations and thank them for their contributions to ensuring New South Wales provides people who are at the end stage of a terminal illness a new compassionate end-of-life choice.
